Millennium Square car park is a home-win for CreditCall
Wed 1 July 2009
At-Bristol Ltd awards card payment processing contract to the Bristol-based global payment processor.
Specialist card payment service provider CreditCall celebrated being chosen to provide fast, secure credit and debit card payment processing service for the 550-space Millennium Square underground car park - part of the Explore-At-Bristol visitor attraction in the Harbourside area of the city.
Installation of the CreditCall CardEase service in the Pay-on-Foot facility was part of an extensive upgrade that saw the installation of six new ACS paystations and associated ticket-operated barriers. CreditCall’s “Virtual Terminal”, a web-based card processing facility has also been provided allowing At-Bristol to take phone payments for group bookings, pre-booked parking and corporate events.
Explore-At-Bristol Estates Director Mike Rippon explained, “We chose CreditCall for a number of reasons, mainly because their system is able to easily cope with the peak hour high transaction volumes and the fact that they were already certified with our acquiring bank, Lloyds TSB. The installation and commissioning of the on-site server went very smoothly and on the chosen go-live date it simply worked as expected.”
